The Spring House was built in 1938 and was naturally spring water fed. To this day the spring still is supplied to the house along with modern day water sources. This unit offers gorgeous mountain views whether it be winter, summer, spring or fall. A small stream runs through the property that comes down from the mountain. Cabin is located on what was once called “Copperhead Road” due to being one of the main roads for hauling moonshine¬†which is now called Cosby Hwy . The Spring House offers a front porch to sit and have your morning cup of coffee, smell the fresh mountain air and take in the beauty surrounding this cabin. The back deck has a hot tub to soothe those aching joints from hiking or visiting Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and the surrounding tourist areas. Once inside you will feel as though you have entered “grandma and grandpas” and will feel just as comfortable as you did back then. The downstairs consists of two bedrooms, full bath, living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs has a small seating area, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Cabin is approximately 21.1 miles from Ripleys Aquarium downtown Gatlinburg and 22.9 miles from Dixie Stampede in Pigeon Forge
